Head of Quality, Patient Safety & Risk (QPSR), Grade VIII (Full Time, On Site) | Permanent

This newly created position is aimed towards candidates ideally within an acute hospital setting that are familiar with In-patient processes and surgical exposure .

Each candidate must have:

  • Between 3-5 years Senior Managerial experience.

And

  • A minimum of QQI Level 8 academic award in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare or its equivalent.

And

  • Have experience of Incident Management processes and subsequent System Analysis Investigation processes.
  • Experience of leading and implementing Quality improvement initiatives within a Healthcare setting.
  • Experience of cultural change regarding Quality and Patient Safety through the delivery of education and training.
  • Experience of Team engagement with a collaborative working style alongside multiple stakeholders.
