There is currently one permanent wholetime vacancy available in The Corporate Office, Iveagh Building, Carrickmines Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Head of Service, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
The Person:
· Extensive experience at a senior leadership level in either health or social care delivery or other comparable and relevant business environment of equivalent complexity, as relevant to this role.
· Significant strategic leadership experience with a proven track record of planning and delivering organisational change and improvement programmes to successful outcomes in a distributed and highly complex organisation as relevant to the role.
· Experience in the implementation of service planning and performance improvement strategies including management and measurement of system performance and service improvement.
· Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and a proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with external service delivery partners within well-structured governance relationships as relevant to this role.
Post Sepcific Requirements :
· A third-level qualification (Level 8 or higher on the NFQ) in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare Management, Service Improvement, Public Health, or a related field.
· Significant senior management experience in a planning, performance, or service improvement role, with demonstrated responsibility for leading service delivery, managing organisational performance, delivering on KPIs, and driving large-scale improvement programmes across complex healthcare settings.
