Your Role:
Reporting to the Head of People, and as a member of the Bank’s Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a commercially focused, strategic, and people-centric HR function that partners closely with business leaders to shape and deliver the People and Talent agenda. You will have overall accountability for the design, execution, and evolution of workforce and talent strategies aligned with PTSB’s organisational goals and values. Through exemplary HR frameworks and best-in-class practices, you will deliver on your responsibilities in line with the Bank’s People Strategy.
Your Team:
This role involves leadership of a team of c. 20 FTE consisting of HR Business Partners and a small team of Talent Specialists with talent service support provided by a centralised HR Services Function and operating in partnership with the HR Risk, Reward & Governance and People Direct Services & Technology Enablement Centres of Expertise.
Your Responsibilities:
This is a senior role that will be accountable for embedding the newly combined Talent and HR Business Partnering function. You will be primarily accountable for ensuring the interactions between senior business leaders and HR are business focused and value adding. Together with the Head of People Direct Services & Technology Enablement you will take ownership for the successful integration of strategic talent management activity with the existing strategic business partnering services provided by the team. You will focus on the delivery of HR partnering in a manner that is data driven and works effectively with the Wider HR Community, the Senior Business teams and Employee Resource Groups to contribute to the achievement of the strategy, goals and objectives. You will monitor external trends, best practice and thinking around HR Business Partnering and Talent provision to innovate and bring fresh perspectives into business discussions and people management decisions.
