The Role:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team in Tralee, Dingle, Killarney, Listowel, Castleisland. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in our clients' lives, providing essential support with daily living activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your community and help individuals maintain their independence.

The Financial Package (Fully Qualified Rates): We value your time, especially during unsocial hours.

• Standard Rate: €15.10 per hour.
• Evening & Saturday Premium: €15.25 – €15.40 per hour.
• Sunday Rate: €17.10 – €17.25 per hour.
• Bank Holidays: €28.50 – €29.00 per hour (Excellent earning potential).
• Paid Mileage: We pay for your travel between clients.

The Role: You will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence.

• Personal care (showering, dressing).
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Mobility assistance.

What You Need:

• Transport: You must have a full B driving license and access to a car (Required).
• Location: Living in or near any of the named areas.
• Attitude: Compassion and reliability are more important than experience.
• Authorisation: Right to work in Ireland.
