There is currently 1 WTE (permanent) Health & Social Care Assistant (formerly known as Therapy Assistant) role – This post will initially be based in University Hospital Limerick within the Early Supported Discharge for Stroke Service. This service consists of a multidisciplinary team providing home-based rehabilitation for patients following a stroke.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for the Mid-West Acute Hospitals (incorporating UHL, Ennis, Nenagh and Croom Hospitals) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full time or part-time duration be filled. This panel may be used to fill therapy posts relating to various different clinical areas and specialities including speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
