The ESB Health and Wellbeing Function is seeking an administrative support team member for a temporary 12-month period.
The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Health and Wellbeing function in ESB.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Occupational Health programme administration and other operational tasks
- Reviewing all medical records and categorising them with appropriate retention periods for GDPR compliance
- Procurement of goods and services including validating and processing of invoices for payment
- Supporting Health promotion programme development and delivery
- Provide a range of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Support Services to the businesses
- Work in accordance with agreed Occupational Health guidelines, policies and procedures
- Seek to continuously improve work methods
- Delivers excellent customer service in a cost-effective manner
- Maintain relevant Health and Wellbeing knowledge and skills in order to carry out full range of duties
- Share knowledge and skills openly with other members of the team
- Facilitate and support others in achievement of team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and self
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change
- Work safely at all times – so as to minimises risk to self or others
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Having an keen interest in or experience in Medical or Occupational Health administrative practices
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency and experience in the use of MS Office incl. Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Document Management Systems,
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills will be an important attribute
- A track record as a positive team player
- The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Desirable
- Business Administration/ Office administration
- Health Promotion experience
Location
This position will be based in Merrion Square, Dublin 2.
ESB is committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working. The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.

Salary
€31,000 - €37,000 depending on experience
