Avista is looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities and their families, in a person-centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

Location: North Tipperary /South Offaly

Contract Types Available: Permanent , Part-Time , Relief

Section 38 payscales: €34,881- €48,434 (Pro rata)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work*

Essential

• Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 qualification or higher equivalent comparable qualification.
• Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
• Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and Behaviours of Concern.
• Proficiency in the English language.
