Healthcare Assistant
Haven Bay Care CentreCork
- Work as part of Haven Bay team ensuring a warm and harmonious working environment for all at the Care Centre
- Assist residents in the activities of daily living
- Treat residents as individuals and respect their preferences and choices as far as possible
- Assist residents in personal care while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and local policies as directed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all residents and the Care Centre's private information
- Attend appropriate mandatory and discretionary training programmes as directed
- Act in a professional manner as a representative of Haven Bay Care Centre at all times
- Report any incident or deficit which may arise in the course of your employment
- Undertake any other duties as required to maintain quality care as directed by the Nursing staff, Director of Care or the Operations Manager
