We are a dynamic home healthcare provider operating across Dublin. As our services continue to grow, we are recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to deliver care that truly makes a difference, offering structured rosters and consistent working hours.

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct Care: Deliver high-quality personal care and social support in clients' homes.
  • Promote Independence: Encourage dignity, respect, and independence through person-centred care.
  • Daily Support: Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Care Plans: Follow tailored, individual care plans strictly and document precise daily care notes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to infection control, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with field supervisors and managers to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Traits: Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and deeply committed to excellent client care.
  • Education: Working toward or holding a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Healthcare Support.
  • Modules: Must have completed both Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English).
  • Compliance: Ability to provide suitable professional/character references and complete the Garda Vetting process.
  • Note: Previous care experience is helpful but not required if modules are completed.
