We are a nurse-led home healthcare provider caring for adults with long-term disabilities, chronic conditions, or age-related needs in the community. Our team works together to provide professional, compassionate care—and we’re currently looking for committed Healthcare Assistants to join us in Raheny, Kilbarrack, Artane, and Baldoyle.

Who You Are:

• Empathetic, reliable, and motivated to help others
• Studying or qualified in a healthcare-related discipline
• Completed or pursuing QQI Level 5 (Healthcare Support or equivalent)
• Have completed or are pursuing Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules
• Hold a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Can provide professional references
• Willing to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the fee)
• Prior experience in home care, hospitals, or residential settings is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality personal and social care in clients’ homes
• Support daily activities: dressing, washing, toileting, meal prep, and mobility
• Foster independence, safety, and dignity
• Follow care plans, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate notes
• Adhere to infection prevention and hygiene protocols
• Work as part of a supportive care team
