PwC Ireland - Bring Your Experience, Grow Your Skills, Unlock Your PotentialA career within PwC’s Healthcare Technology Consulting team, focused on healthcare data and technology, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients across the health sector solve complex business and technology challenges. You will contribute to the transformation of health organisations by leveraging technology, data analytics, and digital innovation.
Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution. Responsibilities also include:
- Leading the delivery of complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes in the health sector, improving business processes and outcomes. 
- Turning client requirements into value-adding, innovative business solutions, with a focus on digital health, health analytics, and technology adoption. 
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and billing. 
- Demonstrating deep knowledge and a proven record of success within the private and/or public health sectors, particularly in technology transformation and digital health. 
- Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including experienced buyers and influencers. 
- Driving business development by identifying new HealthTech opportunities, leading proposals, and contributing to practice growth. 
- Developing practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, methodologies, and case studies, with a focus on health technology trends and best practices. 
- Supporting the development of staff through training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching. 
- Collaborating across the PwC network to leverage global solutions and assets in health technology. 
Your Profile:
- 5+ years’ experience in the health and social care industry, or experience in professional services in Healthcare industries/sectors, with a focus on technology transformation, digital health, health analytics, health data platforms, technology enabled service design or health planning. 
- Nuanced understanding of health sector policy, strategy, and operational environment, especially as it relates to technology. 
- Innovative mindset and keen interest in the latest concepts and enablers relating to digital health, transformation, and technology disruptors. 
- Excellent commercial and business acumen, with a focus on technology-enabled solutions. 
- Ideally certified in a recognised industry project, programme, or change methodology (e.g. Prince 2, PMP, MSP, Prosci, Agile, PMI, Lean Six Sigma) or a technology/data analytics certification.
