The Home Support Service is an integral part of the delivery of integrated care across our structure and provides support services to people living in the community or returning to live in the community.

The Home Support Service supports the important role of the family and informal care in order to maintain the person at home. HCAs are a key member of the multi-disciplinary team responsible for the provision of a quality service to support people in the community.

The Home Support Resource Officer will assist the Home Support Resource Manager in the delivery of Home Support Services working closely with teams across community services. The post holder will assist in the management of a team of HCAs in the specific geographical area to which they have been assigned.
