Job Title: HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Reporting to: CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours a week (to include early mornings and evenings)


Job Purpose:

The Causeway Lounge is Belfast International Airport’s premium business lounge, and currently welcomes over 110,000 guests per annum. This winter, it will be fully renovated and extended to create a brand new space. A Hospitality Manager is needed to guarantee the efficient, and high-quality operation of the new Causeway Lounge. 

Working as part of the Commercial Team at Belfast International Airport, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the outsourced lounge team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high levels of engagement, professionalism, service quality, and operational performance.

The Hospitality Manager will also actively manage operational costs, including the tracking of deliveries and invoices, ensuring accurate ordering and managing cost and portion control to optimize EBITDA, in compliance with the standards of service, hospitality and excellence defined by BFS Airport.

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for maintaining a comfortable, safe and high quality environment for guests. The role requires effective management of resources, problem-solving and continuous improvement. It is essential that the Hospitality Manager collaborates well with outsourced teams and motivates high performance and consistent standards.
