Brezzi’s Wood-Fired Pizza - Strand Road, Portmarnock.

Our pizzas are made to order using fresh dough made from 00-grade caputo Italian flour, fermented over days to extract the maximum flavours that emerge slowly, and then baked to perfection in our Woodstone wood-fired oven using only the finest fresh ingredients sourced locally and imported.

We now require an Experienced Host / Hostess to join our team.

Duties to include:

● Answering telephone calls from customers

● Operating till

● Cash up at closing time

Candidate requirements:

● Previous experience in a hospitality environment (Waiting on tables, customer service etc.)

● Excellent customer service & communication skills

● Good command of the English language

● Ability to work alone and as part of a team

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to learn the ropes and assist management in the effective and smooth running of the business.

Opening hours:

Monday - Thursday 4 PM - 10 PM

Friday 12 PM - 10 PM

Saturday 1:30 PM - 10 PM

Sunday 12 PM - 10 PM

Working hours:

4 / 5 days per week

Salary:

€12.30 - €15 per hour depending on experience
