About the Role

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a busy 4-star hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and standards-driven hospitality professional to support the smooth running of the property, lead operational teams and ensure a consistently high level of guest service.

The successful candidate will have strong hotel operations experience, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage daily service standards across rooms, food and beverage, events and guest-facing departments.

Your Responsibilities

As Hotel Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day hotel operations across key departments

• Supporting front office, food and beverage, accommodation and events teams

• Leading team members during busy service periods

• Maintaining excellent guest service and operational standards

• Handling guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally

• Monitoring rosters, labour costs, service delivery and operational controls

• Supporting department managers with training, standards and communication

• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager, Duty Manager or senior hotel manager

• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment

• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage and events

• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, standards and service delivery

• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
