Hotel Receptionist / Reservations Agent
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a warm, professional manner
Manage phone, email, and online reservation inquiries
Update and maintain room availability using our booking system
Process payments and issue invoices
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel reception or reservations preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in hotel booking systems (e.g., protel, Opera etc.) is a plus
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
