Housekeeper

The Key tasks of this role will include:

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas, rooms and back of house.
• Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items, for example, towels.
• Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
• Reports necessary maintenance items.
• Follows departmental policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety and sanitation practices.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Perform any other reasonable duties and tasks assigned by management.
• Comply with all HINI policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Prior experience preferable but not essential.

Salary: £12 per hour
