Full Time Position

Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community based Residential, Respite and Outreach Support service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live in community-based homes or avail of breaks in the respite service. We currently provide services in Navan, Ashbourne, and Kells Co. Meath.

The House Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, supervision and coordination of a designated residential service. The post holder will ensure that individuals receive high-quality, person-centred supports in accordance with their assessed needs, personal goals, organisational policies, HIQA standards and relevant legislation.

Personal/Professional Specification:

• QQI Level 5 Health/Social Care Support or higher

• Registered with CORU as Social care worker or in the process of obtaining registration

• IT Skills, especially Microsoft Office programmes like Word & Excel

• Experience in working in a supervisory or management role – not essential

• Willing to undertake further training and professional development as deemed appropriate by the management team.

• Experience of working with people with Intellectual Disabilities in a community-based setting
