The Organisation

The Role
The Housing Advisor will act as the first point of contact when tenants and other customers contact the housing management team and deal with initial enquiries. The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Housing Manager and a team of housing officers.

The Package
We have a permanent Housing Advisor post based in our Head Office in Ballymoney. A waiting list will be created for any similar opportunities that arise in the next 12 months.
  • Salary scale is Band 3 Level 1 - 4 (£25,683 - £26,887 per annum)
  • 37 hours per week
