Choice is seeking to recruit Housing Officers to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused Housing Management Service to its customers. The successful applicant may be offered a fixed patch or work across multiple patches as a peripatetic depending on operational requirements.
Essential criteria:-
OR 3 years’ experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years

Essential criteria:-
- CIH Level 4 + 2 years’ relevant housing/ tenancy management experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority
OR 3 years’ experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years
AND (applicable to all)
- Working knowledge of the rules of the Housing Selection Scheme; to include tenancy management (Transfer Applications, Assignment of tenancy etc.) and allocation of properties
- Experience of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and Word
- Must have UK full driving licence and have vehicle available for daily business use
