Housing Officers

This role involves covering a comprehensive, customer-focused housing management service that supports sustainable tenancies, strong communities, and excellent customer outcomes. You will manage a designated patch of properties, ensuring effective tenancy management, rent collection, lettings, estate management, and the resolution of tenancy issues, while working collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to provide safe, inclusive, and thriving communities in line with Woven’s values and regulatory requirements.
