Housing Services Area Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
The Area Manager is responsible for the delivery of a front line, comprehensive housing service, within a designated Area in the North Region, and will lead and support their team to meet the needs of customers and other business objectives.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Possess a degree level qualification (level 6) or equivalent professional qualification
OR
ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have at least 4 years’ experience working within a housing function
