HR Administrator

BWG FoodsTallaght, Dublin 24Hybrid

BWG Foods have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a HR Administrator. Based in BWG Head Office and reporting to the Human Resources Executive, the successful candidate will contribute to the HR Strategy through supporting in implementation of best practice and progressive solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception cover during all break times & leaves periods.
  • To assist with the recruitment process including the setup and administration of the applicant tracking system.
  • Setup and maintenance of the HR database and time management system.
  • Assist in organising the company’s training programmes.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Support the Absence Management process.
  • Supporting in employee relations matters.
  • Acting as a point of contact for HR related queries.
  • Providing support for HR Projects as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Achievement of a 2.1 (or equivalent) in relevant HR qualification.
  • Some administrative experience required, preferably in human resources.
  • Strong I.T. skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Work to promote the company interests & fair procedures.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative within a team environment.
  • The ability to constructively and respectfully challenge the status quo through the pursuit of improvement.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to think clearly and in innovative ways.
  • Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability.
  • Possess a full clean driving licence.

The successful candidate will work part of the week from home and from our Head Office in Tallaght, Dublin 24, but may be required to travel throughout Ireland within our wholesale business from time to time.
