We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing strong administrative support across the HR function, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and up to date, and helping to keep day-to-day HR processes running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have solid administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational and communication skills. Previous HR experience is beneficial but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Job Details

• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

• Location: Dublin 2, Ireland

• Salary: €30K

• 5 days a week in the office (until successful completion of probation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, letters and HR correspondence.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Coordinate new starter documentation and ensure all required information is completed.
  • Assist with managing annual leave, sick leave and employee records.
  • Organise meetings, interviews and HR-related appointments as required.
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and efficiently, escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Assist with payroll queries and provide relevant information to the payroll team.
  • Ensure HR files and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Support recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as required.
  • Work with managers and the wider team on HR and administrative projects.

Required Qualifications/Skills & Competencies

  • At least 1–2 years of administration experience in an office-based environment.
  • Previous HR experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the HR environment
