About the role

We are looking for two HR Administrators, based in our Tralee Headquarters on a hybrid basis, reporting to the HR Hub Services Lead. As a member of the HR Hub Services Team, you will be responsible for carrying out a mix of administrative and transactional HR activities that are requested from customers, Business Partners and key stakeholders. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for administering end to end HR transactional processes throughout the employment lifecycle.

What will I be doing?
  • Log, administer and resolve HR support requests through the current business desktop application (ServiceNow).
  • Process HR and payroll related transactions within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) delivery timescales, in particular our new joiners, moves and leavers.
  • Administer key transactional activities to support a seamless process and successful orientation and onboarding of new hires e.g. preparing contracts of employment, processing new hire related documentation and creating new hire records.
  • Notify all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Line Manager, ICT, Finance) and follow through.
  • Prepare HR Letters.
  • Administer employee files.
  • Support our ePay system.
  • Challenge administrative processes (where appropriate) in order to implement more effective and creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure all HR requests and data received is right first time, compliant with our corporate governance and are delivered within the agreed deadlines.
  • Support HR Services Projects.
  • Raising HR related Purchase Orders.
  • Work closely with the wider HR Teams such as (Talent Development and Payroll).
What do I need to be successful?

These include

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and/or payroll administration and general payroll legislation.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced client facing environment.
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Detail conscious, rigorous, professional, responsible, organized and methodical.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word essential at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, Formulae, designing own spreadsheets, mail merge etc.)
