Job DescriptionAs a result of our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon.
- Maintain employee records by ensuring all compliance documentation is on file.
- Create and distribute new employment contracts.
- Produce accurate and timely documents such as reference, mortgage and rent support documents etc., in line with company processes and policies.
- Actively encourage all employee to use all document and guidance from HR TMS.
- Co-ordinate and manage the long service awards process
- Manage the communication of sickness documents for all monthly paid employees.
- Provide support to Performance Development Process (PDRs) and guidance in the use of the system
- Maintain and create induction packs for new employees.
- Assist with pay review letters.
- Provide administrational support to your HR colleagues.
- Develop and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks.
- Complete ad-hoc duties that supports both the function and the business
- Relevant HR or related qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience in a HR/Administration role.
- Interest in developing your career within HR or related discipline.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
