Job Description

We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon. You will be responsible for providing excellent HR administration and support to the business in a cost effective and efficient manner. The role will involve: 

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring all compliance documentation are up to date
  • Preparing and issuing employee contracts and schedules
  • Managing and resolving requests and queries within the TMS system
  • Monitoring and responding to HR and company inboxes
  • Coordinating long service awards process
  • Managing sickness documentation and communications for employees
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Collaborating with departments such as Marketing and Learning & Development
  • Managing, ordering and inventory of company merchandise and uniforms
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including attending career fairs
  • Assisting with apprenticeship programmes from recruitment through to completion
  • Maintaining professional knowledge through training and networking
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • Interest in developing within HR or related discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
