As a member of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, engagement, and development of employees who deliver outstanding care. About the RoleReporting directly to the Group HR Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to a range of exciting HR initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
- Keep abreast of employment legislation and support the implementation of required changes.
- Assist in developing and promoting social media recruitment initiatives.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, Garda Vetting, reference checking, and issuing job offers.
- Contribute to the review and implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist with HR projects focusing on employee wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Prepare and develop regular reports from the HR database.
- Stay informed on HR best practices and industry trends to help continuously improve HR services
- Minimum 12 months' experiencein an administrative role.
- HR qualification or interest in studying towards a HR qualification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Garda Vetting processes.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience working within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
