About the Role

As a Human Resource Administrator, you’ll play a key part in growing our nationwide team who deliver our service to schools every day. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for school-based roles - from job posting to interviews - and ensure every new hire is fully vetted and trained before they start.

Your role will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for school-based roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Liaising directly with schools to coordinate recruitment needs and start dates

  • Ensuring all new hires complete Garda vetting, training, and receive their starter packs/contracts (via DocuSign)

  • Responding to employee queries by email and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including contracts, vetting status, training completion, and leave records

  • Supporting the HR team with scheduling interviews, coordinating training sessions, and general admin tasks

  • Drafting employment contracts and onboarding documentation

  • Supporting employee relations processes and record-keeping

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, and performance documents

  • Assisting with HR documentation including policies, handbooks, procedures, and job descriptions

  • Managing and maintaining the Master HR Excel file and producing reports as required

  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the HR team, such as meeting coordination, calendar management and correspondence handling
