HR Administrator
Day to day of the role:
Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on employment matters in line with legislation and company policy.
Process employee data changes, including contract updates (hours, roster, reporting lines, etc.).within HRIS system (Workday)
Partner with site managers and L&D specialist to support coordination and organisation of training
Assist with performance and objective-setting process and personal development planning through HRIS system (Workday)
Help design and implement improvements to policies, procedures, and standard documentation.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including new starter calls and exit interviews.
Follow up on probation reviews, assisting managers with extensions if needed.
Provide recruitment support (references, interview coordination) to ensure a smooth resourcing process.
Organise occupational health medicals.
Maintain and update the HRIS system (Workday).
Support attendance management processes.
Handle general administration and ad-hoc HR/project tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
Certificate in HRM or Business Studies (HRM focus)
1–2 years in a graduate or HR admin role
Proficiency in MS Suite / Google Suite; Workday experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines
