The Opportunity:

 This is an amazing opportunity to gain exposure and experience of Global HR operations within dynamic, fast-paced Cybersecurity and Martech business. The HR Coordinator will support the administration of all employee day-to-day requests and ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain employee data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all modules, including personal information and employment details.
  • Process data changes and perform system transactions based on workflows, including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, compensation, title changes, and employee documents. 
  • Prepare employment verification letters etc. as requested by employees 
  • Point of contact for day to day benefits queries from employees (supported by our dedicated global broker) Initiate and track background checks and reference checks for prospective hires
  • Assist with the preparation and sending of offer letters and other pre-employment documents
  • Documentation
  • Assist with the initial stages of onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics.
  • Assist with generating recruitment reports
  •  Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment administration processes.
  • During busy periods, assist the recruitment team by monitoring and managing incoming applications, ensuring they are accurately categorized and distributed to the relevant recruiters.
  • Audit and review new hire files to ensure all paperwork has been completed by candidates and our internal team for audit purposes 
  • Support the European payroll manager with any document requests 
  • Assist in the review and audit of employee files to ensure compliance for internal and external audit purposes 
  • Assist the global team of HRBP’s with day to day administration of employee requests 
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of employee data. 
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements. 
  • Maintain knowledge of HR and HR systems developments. 
Job Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered 
  • One to Three (1-3) years of experience in HR support, HR administration, or related HR technology functions preferred 
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms is a plus 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders 
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices 
  • Experience with data entry, report generation, and system troubleshooting 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency in G-Suite tools 
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge a plus
