The College is seeking applications for a HR Advisor (Resourcing) to be based in our Strand Road campus in a fixed-term position for 6 months (this may be extended depending on operational requirements).
The postholder will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and legally compliant recruitment and resourcing service across the College by supporting the Senior HR Advisor in the planning, coordination and delivery of all aspects of recruitment and selection. The role will act as the main operational lead for recruitment activity, providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers, and contributing to workforce planning and continuous improvement of resourcing processes. The postholder will ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all areas relating to the work of the College.

RESERVE LIST

- 24 days annual leave per annum
