Position Overview

You will play a crucial role in developing sustainable, scalable, and automated reporting solutions that help us understand and improve employee relations across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely analysis of Employee Relations (ER) related data and highlight trends
  • Partner with the People Insights team in automating ER reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Design, execute, and measure effectiveness of ER programs
  • Identify ER trends and develop recommendations to support business objectives
  • Super User for ER Case Management platform
  • Ensure accuracy of master data and train stakeholders on tools and processes
  • Manage data within legal and data privacy frameworks
  • Collate and present data for annual benchmarking, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc analysis
  • Automate data analysis to identify and address ER process support programs
  • Assess and understand ER reporting and analytics needs
  • Develop sustainable, scalable and automated reports, reporting solutions, and processes
  • Conduct internal audits for ER compliance
  • Develop and deliver training programs on ER data and systems
  • Identify and lead ER initiatives to mitigate or address ER related issues
  • Experience with the implementation of Human Resources (HR), preferably ER specific projects
  • Ability to translate recommendations identified through data analysis into viable projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior direct experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ER
  • Familiarity with handling sensitive data and issues
  • Understanding of employment laws and data privacy regulations
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret insights
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and conduct research
  • Proficiency with detailed analysis for key business projects
  • Strong focus on data manipulation and interpretation
  • Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and data management tools
  • Experience with automation tools and processes for data analysis
  • Capability to lead initiatives and drive them to successful completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to present complex data and insights in clear business terms
