HR and Training Administrator

Are you an experienced HR and Training Administrator who is looking for a new challenge? Look no further, as Kepak Group is hiring!

As a HR and Training Administrator, you will join our HR team, supporting both our Longford and Kilbeggan sites (approx 4 days Ballymahon, Longford and 1 day Kilbeggan, Westmeath).

In this role, you will play an integral part in various HR functions, including:

  • recruitment
  • employee relations
  • audits
  • training

You will be responsible for:

  • onboarding new staff
  • maintaining good employee relations
  • conducting internal audits
  • coordinating induction training

We are looking for someone who has experience in HR administration and is familiar with HR processes and procedures.

A background or understanding of HR qualifications would be required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop strong business relationships.

In addition, we require someone who is extremely discreet and confidential with sensitive HR information. Fluency in Polish or Portuguese would be a plus, but is not essential.

As our sites are located in Ballymahon and Kilbeggan, you must have your own transport to be able to cover both locations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge or study towards CPP or CIPD qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English is a must, Polish or Portuguese is advantageous
  • Discretion and confidentiality with HR information
  • Own transport to cover both Ballymahon and Kilbeggan sites
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Proactive and motivated attitude
