We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team on a 1 year FTC - Maternity Leave contract.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in eir Business plays a critical role in partnering with our people managers to develop and execute people strategies that enable performance, capability, and engagement. This role works across all areas of the employee lifecycle and supports organisational objectives through expert HR guidance, coaching, reporting, data mining and proactive workforce planning.

Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract basis (1 year)

Strategic Partnering
Collaborate with our people managers to align HR initiatives with business goals and future workforce needs.
Provide insights and guidance on headcount planning, change management, restructuring and talent deployment.
Use people analytics to inform decisions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Employee Relations & Culture
Act as a trusted adviser on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
Coach people managers on best practice people management, conflict resolution, and performance challenges.
Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and a culture of accountability and inclusion.
Talent, Performance & Development
Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring clarity of expectations, capability building, and career development.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support resourcing processes, workforce capability needs, and succession planning.
Identify skill gaps and partner with our Talent Leadership to design targeted development interventions.
Change & Transformation
Support business transformation initiatives including restructures, process redesign, and organisational change.
Provide change management support to leaders, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
Operational Excellence
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied and aligned with legislation and eir standards.
Partner with HR People Services, Payroll, and other Centres of Expertise to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Track HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of HR interventions and support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role, ideally in a complex or fast moving environment.
Competent data management and excel skills
Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Demonstrated experience coaching people managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
Skilled in managing employee relations cases through to resolution.
Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret people data and generate insights.
Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills.
Experience in telecoms, technology, or a similarly dynamic industry is an advantage.
