About the Role

As the HR Co-ordinator, you’ll ensure our performance management and screening processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time:

Employee Experience
  • Work with senior HR team to make sure employee questions are answered quickly and professionally.

  • Manage the HR inbox by reviewing and directing queries to the right person or team.

  • Track common questions and report trends—suggest improvements when necessary.

  • Help with engagement programs like morale-boosting events or communication initiatives.

Performance Management
  • Support the full performance cycle—goal setting, reviews, feedback, completion rates.

  • Track and report on progress and compliance.

  • Be the go-to person for performance system questions and help.

Screening & Onboarding
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening calls.

  • Schedule all onboarding requirements prior to new starters' first day.

  • Keep ATS up to date with relevant information.

About You

You are a proactive and organised HR or business support professional with a strong eye for detail. You thrive on partnering across functions, particularly in performance management, and can confidently guide managers and employees through established systems and processes.

Your communication and presentation skills—both virtual and in‑person—are second-to-none. You enjoy working collaboratively, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged across various geographies. You’re comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners to get things done efficiently and accurately.

Skills & Experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience is desirable

  • Proven experience in a HR or People and Culture role, with a track record of success in employee engagement and retention

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Experience in integrating newly acquired teams and maintaining strong cultural alignment is desirable

  • Experience using data to inform strategic business decisions, including assessing internal and external factors that impact talent management is desirable

  • A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law

  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing workplace culture
