About the role

Rippling’s Employer of Record service gives companies the power to hire people across the globe without setting up a local entity. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for these international hires. You’ll support client and EOR employee’s HR questions from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. 

What you will do

  • Support daily HR operations by responding to client and EOR employee questions related to hiring, leave management, performance management, investigations and claims, and terminations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Triage international cases through salesforce and assign them to the appropriate HR Advisor.
  • Support leave of absence management, performance management, terminations, and other HR challenges that present legal or regulatory risk.
  • Coordinate employee claims related to unemployment benefits, leave or disability benefits, and workers compensation.
  • Ensure all regulatory and employment checks are completed accurately.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and support audits as required.
  • Partner with payroll and operations teams to resolve client and EOR employee questions within defined timelines.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, Client Guides, and Help Center articles.
  • Work closely with and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to develop a best-in-class HR Services offering, that leans heavily on technology to ease the administrative burden of HR compliance.

What you will need

  • 2+ years of experience providing HR support for a fast-paced organization 
  • Deep understanding of human resources best practices
  • Experience managing employee claims related to unemployment benefits, leave and disability benefits, workers compensation, and employee grievances
  • Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and project execution
  • Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in other EU languages a big plus
  • Experience with benefits and pension administration
