HR Coordinator
Overview of the role:
The successful candidate will assist and support the HR team with administrative HR tasks to support the delivery of HR policies, procedures, and processes within the company. We are looking for an enthusiastic driven HR professional to join the team.

Day to day of the role:
Point of contact for employees and managers, guiding and advising in line with legislation and company policy on employment matters.
Responsible for the People metric reports for Veolia Ireland as required monthly - including starters, leavers, absence, headcount, turnover, resignation, onboarding.
Processing data changes for employees including changes to contracts (hours, roster, reporting lines etc).
Support HRBB’s with Employee Relations cases (investigations, Minute Taking, invite letters, scheduling meetings)
Support HRBP’s with TUPE out/in
Retirement processes, discussions and offboarding
Processing invoices through the internal Workday system creating PO’s for suppliers.
Supporting the HRBP’s with the HR Strategy.
Supports the performance and objective setting process.
Support with design and implement improvements to policy and procedures, documentation and standard letters.
Support the starters and leavers process, new starter calls/exit interviews
Running ad-hoc reports (Veolia annual stats/ Gender Pay Gap / Elevate)
Probation Reviews follow up with managers and supporting any extension documentation
Support the resourcing team where required (references, interview support)
Organise Occupational heath medicals
Operate and maintain HRIS system (Workday)
Ensure all policies and procedures are being applied consistently by management
Attendance Management
Receive and review return-to-work interviews and escalate information for any further actions
Supporting the Veolia wellness programme and charity events
Support EPIC (return to work for asylum seekers) and BITC (introduction to work for second level students).
Keep abreast of any legislative changes that impact Veolia HR policies and update accordingly
General Administration and Adhoc Duties
Required skills for the role:
Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management / Business Studies specialising in HRM
Previous experience of Workday is advantageous
1-2 years experience in a Graduate or demanding HR Administrative position
CIPD qualified or working towards
Proficiency in MS Suite / Google Suite
