This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional with 2-4 years' experience who wants to build on their skills, gain exposure across all areas of HR, and grow within a well-established and respected organisation. You'll work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting a positive and people-first culture.

You'll also gain experience working with globally recognised automotive brands including Volvo, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, and BYD.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day HR function, with plenty of variety and opportunities to learn:

• Supporting employee relations processes such as probation, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases
• Assisting with investigations, documentation, and ensuring HR records are accurate and up to date
• Managing employee data using HR systems like BrightHR or similar
• Helping ensure compliance with Irish employment law and supporting audits
• Monitoring absence and supporting managers with attendance processes
• Coordinating training and development activities and tracking certifications
• Assisting with Health & Safety administration and workplace initiatives
• Contributing to the review and improvement of HR policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years' experience in an HR role
• A solid understanding of Irish employment law (or a strong willingness to build on this)
• Some exposure to employee relations processes
• Experience with HR systems (or confidence learning new ones)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, approachable attitude with great communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is eager to grow
