WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will provide key HR Support to the Dublin site with respect to Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development and Employee Relations.

YOUR ROLE

HR Support

  • Support HR Administration in relation to
  • Recruitment and Selection - responsible for full recruitment cycle including advertising, conducting interviews and managing onboarding process.
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Working with Payroll to ensure processing of data for bi weekly payroll and providing support to Supervisor and Managers in relation to our T & A System, Kronos.
  • Continuous Improvement – looking for opportunities to improve our processes and to improve efficiency
  • Ensure all HR policies and Procedures are in compliance with employment legislation and aligned to best practice and work with the Extended Leadership Team to identify areas of improvement
  • To work with and support the Extended Leadership Team in giving guidance on the interpretation of HR Policies and Processes to ensure a level of consistency.
  • Support our programme to create a Great Place to Work
  • Ensure that EHS roles and responsibilities are complied with as per the requirements of the site Safety Statement

Training & Development

  • Administration of our training systems and processes
  • Managing and Reporting on Training Compliance / KPI’s for the site
  • Development and implement plans and programmes to support employee development and potential
  • Develop Internal and External training plan

Employee Engagement

  • Positive person with strong communication and influencing skills to get people onboard with new ideas and initiatives.
  • To use coaching as a means of supporting Extended Leadership Team on HR issues.
  • To promote positive relationships across management, supervisors and employees.
  • Ability to work well across the site

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • CIPD HR Qualification or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Confidentiality and professional approach
  • Support HR/business vision locally and at corporate level.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage through others and systems to get things done.
  • Open and positive approach across all levels.
  • Good ability to influence others to get things done.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative to generate effective solutions.
  • Promote best practice HR.
  • Confident, assertive and comfortable giving feedback.
  • Ability to constructively challenge at all levels of the organisation and work collaboratively with colleagues.
