This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. With structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe, the programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career. 

Our HR Program

At Kerry, Human Resources is central to our business, driving strategy and objectives by recruiting, managing, and developing our people. We strive to be a unified Global HR Team, fostering an engaging environment for our most valued asset—our people. Our HR Graduate Programme provides real responsibilities and diverse experiences over a 2-year period, within a supportive and learning-focused environment. The program includes: 

  • Hands-On Experience: No matter your role, you’ll contribute to driving our business forward. 

  • Personal Development: Regular one-on-one conversations with your manager will help you discuss your development and career aspirations. 

  • Structured Growth: Our HR Career Framework supports your growth within the HR Function. 

  • Mentorship: A designated mentor will guide you, helping you achieve your career ambitions. 

What you might be doing

  • Partner with various departments to implement HR best practices. 

  • Help make Kerry the best place for top talent, supporting our ambitious growth plans. 

  • Gain exposure to HR centers of expertise like: Organisational Effectiveness, Learning & Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition 

  • Influence strategic decisions and performance within specific business functions. 

  • Utilize your extensive people and business knowledge to drive growth across various businesses and regions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You’re on track for a 2.1 degree or equivalent in a Business-related discipline (majoring in Human Resources). 

  • You’re ambitious, curious and can’t wait to put your talents into action.

  • You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.

  • You’re a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.

  • You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.

  • You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*

  • You’re open to travelling and relocating. 

* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
