Overview of role: 

The HR Lead will provide end-to-end HR support for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Programme in UPMC Ireland, ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR administration, supporting workforce recruitment and retention, and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, while partnering with the HR Business Partner on complex or escalated matters.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including approval of positions, creating job descriptions, advertising roles, candidate screening, scheduling & participants in interviews and offer management. 
  • Onboarding of new hires including HRIS updating, issuing contracts of employment, compliance pre-employment checks, badge/equipment ordering, organizing first day agendas.
  • Support induction processes to support effective integration into the programme.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee and manager HR queries, providing accurate and timely advice.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports as required.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including administration, changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Support in a culture of openness and inclusion with a number of communication activities.
  • Escalate complex employee relations or policy matters to the HR Business Partner as appropriate ensuring they are informed of matters at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

Key Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Solid generalist HR knowledge across core HR policies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced programme environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience: (Essential)

  • Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience
  • Minimum 2 years HR Administration experience

Qualifications & Experience: (Desirable)

  • Third Level HR Qualification
  • CIPD accredited

Salary€33,000.00-€45,000.00 DOE per annum based on a 39 hour work week
