HR Officer

Agnew Group4 Boucher Crescent, Belfast, Antrim£30,000 - £33,000 Dependant on experience

As the successful candidate you will provide accurate advisory and senior administrative support within our busy HR Department and to management throughout The Agnew Group. All work must be completed with a high level of attention to detail.
You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and managers throughout the group, always ensuring the promotion of a positive image for the Company and Department whilst being able to cope with a high volume of work.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to build their foundation as a comprehensive HR professional with experience across a whole range of HR related tasks.


The ideal person will have/be:
  • At least 12 months experience of working in an HR Officer role.
  • Demonstrable experience in Recruitment administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and handle all information confidentially.
  • To communicate and work with integrity, honesty and openness.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
  • Previous experience using HR Information System or Applicant Tracking System.
  • An understanding of GDPR requirements.
If possible but not essential:
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification- Gained already or working towards.
  • Full driving licence Be able to demonstrate an ability to engage with and influence managers.
