HR OFFICER
MACS are recruiting an HR professional to lead the HR & Admin team to manage administrative activities, liaising with external providers, maintaining HR systems and co-coordinating recruitment drives.
MACS provide support services for children and young people aged 16-25 years who may be experiencing a range of issues including homelessness or at risk of homelessness, substance use, mental health difficulties, anti-social behaviour, leaving care, self-harm and/or suicidal thoughts.The HR and Admin Team have responsibility for the support functions in MACS, ensuring effective processing of Staff Learning and Development, Recruitment and Personnel records. They provide telephone and reception arrangements and organisational correspondence, which maintain the welcoming atmosphere and culture for staff, young people and visitors to MACS!

Post Available: Part Time (30 Hours), Permanent
Salary: £28,770 pro rata
Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 41 days annual leave (pro rata and including bank holidays), enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year; Flexible working options available.
