Responsibilities1.Stakeholder Management - maintain and strengthen our strategic partnership with HRBP, hiring managers, external vendor, and cross-function team. 2.Staff Management - manage and develop talent sourcing spealist team and provide recruiting expert guide, act the problem solving pilot to drive the effectiveness & efficiency. 3.Business Partner-Cooperate actively with HRBP and other recruiting stakeholders to ensure a good understanding about business and adjust sourcing strategy and channel timely. 4.Operations - manage staffing program ROI, KPI measurement and opertaional excellence. 5.Recruitment - source, identify and interview assigned region/domian candidates for permanent, temporary to hire, and direct hire placement.
Requirements1.5 years of progressive experience preferably from the staffing industry (Recruiting, Account Management, RPO, executive search). 2.Must have strong communication skills in both written and oral English language. 3.Extensive recruiting experience from IT, high-tech, internet industry etc. 4.Bachelors Degree or above.
