The Role
As the HR/QSE Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Birr plant by delivering effective HR services and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. This is a varied role, offering exposure to both HR and QSE functions, and would suit someone with strong organisational skills, independence, and a drive to make a positive impact. Experience in either HR or QSE is preferable.

Key Responsibilities
HR:
· Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
· Maintain accurate HR documentation and databases in line with legislation.
· Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, and probation reviews.
· Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and investigations.
· Liaise with payroll to resolve queries and maintain employee records.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and update HR communications.
QSE:
· Maintain and update QSE documentation, policies, and records.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
· Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate QSE-related training and promote a culture of safety and responsibility.
· Stay informed on relevant legislation and ensure organisational compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in HR or QSE is preferable
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
