Your Role: 

As a HR Support Administrator, you will be part of the People Services team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support across a wide range of HR processes and activities. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems and processes, and responding to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.

The role requires a strong focus on service delivery, data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement to support the evolving needs of the business and the People function. You will work collaboratively across the wider HR team, providing flexible support across multiple People Services activities as business priorities require.

This is an important role within the HR service delivery model, helping to ensure a consistent employee experience, adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and the integrity of employee data and HR processes.

Responsibilities may include supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee changes, data management, benefits administration, HR correspondence, reporting, and other People Services processes.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities.
  • Respond to employee, manager and stakeholder queries in a timely, professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and documentation.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, correspondence and routine employment-related transactions.
  • Support the delivery of People Services processes in line with agreed service levels and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, employment legislation and data protection obligations.
  • Assist with reporting, data audits, quality assurance activities and management information requests.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the People function and wider business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and automation to enhance service delivery.
  • Support People Services projects, initiatives and cyclical HR activities as required.

 Requirements: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
  • Proven ability of delivering to tight deadlines
  • Clear track record of working effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
  • Solid understanding of current employment legislation and compliance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to use strong judgment skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills. Highly organised and structured in approach.
  • Ability to work on one’s initiative and in team environment
  • Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills are integral to the position
  • Driven to support a smooth running, effective and efficient HR service

This is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract position based in PTSB's St.Stephens Green Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic Of Ireland Only)
