HR Systems & Relief Workforce Officer (Grade V)

St. Michael’s House is a community-based voluntary organisation which provides facilities and services to over 1,900 adults and children with intellectual disabilities and their families in the greater Dublin area.

For over 70 years, St. Michael’s House has been a leading provider of high-quality, person-centred services for adults with intellectual disabilities. We are now seeking a HR Systems & Relief Workforce Officer to join our supportive and progressive Workfroce and HR Systems team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the implementation and rollout of the HR Software Systems across St. Michael’s House in addtion ot this the holder will work closely with PIC’s, Service Managers, and frontline staff to ensure the delivery of relief where required relative to grade i.e., Direct Support Workers, Social Care Workers, and Staff Nurses.

Applicants must have:

  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in an HR operational or HR systems role.
  • Experience leading or managing system improvements or software rollouts.
  • Experience in the health, disability, or non-profit sector.
  • Experience managing relief, agency, or bank staffing models.
  • A strong interest in working within disability services
  • Full clean manual driving licence and access to a car
