Human Resource & Training Coordinator
SITE: Odyssey Trust, part of the Odyssey Group at The O2 Belfast.
LOCATION: Queen’s Quay, Belfast, BT3 9QQ.
REPORTING TO: Head of HR.
TERMS: 37.5 Hours per Week, occasional flexibility may be required due to the nature of the role.
DATE: August 2026.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy HR team, with a strong focus on HR system management and training coordination. Working within The O2 Belfast site, the role will support the delivery of world class education and entertainment experiences across the Odyssey Group’s Arena, W5 & W5 Life, Belfast Giants and ancillary services.

Essential Criteria
- A minimum of two year’s recent experience working in an administrative capacity, including a high level of competence in the use of IT data management systems.
- Ability to manage various deadlines in a fast-paced role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Friendly, can-do attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical approach with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, and professional working relationships with colleagues and internal/external service users.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to be flexible.
- Experience of coordinating training for a range of staff.
- Experience in the use of PAMS, Hark, NTD - Time & Attendance, Palette – Purchase to Pay.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualifications
