HRBP GVII (Industrial Relations)
Purpose of the Role:
To provide expert industrial relations (IR) advice and support to CHI during its transition to NCHI, ensuring smooth change management, effective employee relations, and compliance with public sector and healthcare employment frameworks.
Essential Criteria:
• Significant experience in Industrial Relations within the public sector and healthcare setting.
• Proven track record managing complex IR issues including collective bargaining and union negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare employment law, public sector policies, and TUPE regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational transitions, preferably within healthcare.
